The requirement was clear: zero app-downloads, instant loading, and high-fidelity 3D assets that could run on 10,000+ different smartphone models. We had to solve the 'Spatial Web' problem at the scale of millions of simultaneous users.

THE SOLUTION

Optimized WebAR
Pipeline Architecture.

We developed a proprietary asset decimation and streaming pipeline that allowed 100MB+ 3D models to be streamed as 2MB lightweight fragments. Combined with 8th Wall and custom shaders, the experience achieved a 98% device compatibility rate.
